Sickie Vickie!

Hey kids, so ya know I've been sick. I don't know where it came from but I'm like always coughing and my voice sounds like crap. So yeah, it's pretty awesome! I'm getting a little better though. I've had it for almost 2 weeks! Scotty went to Boise for a cousin's wedding last weekend, but I didn't go because I didn't want to sit and hack up a lung in the car for 5 hours. Rock is so funny, I had him say hi to  Scotty on the phone and since he heard his voice, he just keeps taking my phone, walking around, and being like "Hi dada" and then laughs like they're talking about something funny. He's pretty silly!

Scotty's brother Brad left for the MTC last Wednesday for 3 weeks, then he'll be headed to Fort Worth, Texas for the next 2 years. Pretty cool/weird! He was the most annoying 13 year old kid ever and now, he he's off the on mish, all grown up and not nearly as obnoxious and he used to be. Awww... good luck Bradley! Before he left we got some family pictures taken. Here are a few that I snagged on my camera, but I'll get a couple of the good ones up soon enough!

We're going to Bear Lake this weekend, I can't wait! I haven't gone boating at all this summer which makes me pretty sad. But I'll be excited to take Rock on the boat for the first time. He'll love it! We're heading up Friday morning, so it should be a pretty good time! Camping and pretty much doing uh.... anything is a lot different when you have a kid! I started a list today of all the stuff we'll need and the prep will begin tonight. I mean I could do it later but then I will be frazzled and stressed which will cause me to forget a bunch of crap, and I don't want that! With Rockwell being completely mobile and running around, this should be pretty interesting! And sleeping in a tent? Oy...I wonder what he'll do at the beach.... OooOoo, I should go get him a cute little beach towel! I put that on my list.
