I like doTerra.

I don't know what's happening you guys, but I'm surprising myself yet again with something new that I've been trying. Essential Oils. Now, I'm not selling anything, I'm just using them! The day Rock got taken to the hospital I posted something on facebook like "Rock is all snotty and sneezing this morning! What am I doing wrong!" My friend called me later that morning while I was at work and asked if I was ready to order oils yet. I had talked to her about them and even had a class at my house but never got anything (mostly because they can run $20-$50 for a little 15ml bottle). She told me about the a couple of months ago when her kids got RSV and she was really skeptical when someone told her to use oils. When she gave in she was amazed how much they helped.

So I sound like a weirdo hippie ranting about my voodoo oils, but keep reading! So as I talked to her I decided I would go ahead and do it and I was going to pick them up from her after work. But ya know, things quickly escalted with Rockwell and that didn't happen. But I did have another lady (a stranger, mind you!) who believes in the oils so much she drove 50 miles on a Friday night at 10pm just to get them to me at Primary Children's. She showed me how to put them on him and just answered my questions about it.

Just earlier that evening the doctor said Rock couldn't get his tube out until Sunday night, possibly Monday. Rock got his breathing tube out Saturday around noon. Now I'm not totally niave, I don't quite think it was all because of the oils because the doctors and nurses over there are top notch and I was totally on board with everything they helped Rock with. I do, however, believe that the oils helped and complimented the treatments he was already getting!

Even Scotty thought I was a nut! He had a pounding headache at one point in the hospital and I literally forced his head down while I put peppermint on the sides of his neck. He resisted but I got it done! Oh wait, who's headache went away? Scotty's did. Not even 800mg of pain meds can always do that. And quickly too.

Anyways, call me a hippie but doTerra oils are legit. They can be used for pretty much anything. I like them. You should try it.
